These Terms govern your use of CuraDesk, provided by [Your Business Name] ("we", "us"), a business registered in India. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
CuraDesk is a hosted clinic management application providing patient records, billing, consent management, staff attendance and related tools ("the Service"). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for one clinic location, accessible from your registered devices, for the subscription period paid for.
New clinics may receive a free trial period as stated at signup. No payment is collected during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires payment of the applicable subscription fee; if not paid, access may be suspended.
The current annual subscription fee is displayed at signup (₹4,999/year unless otherwise stated). Fees are billed annually in advance via Razorpay. Renewal is not automatic unless you separately opt into auto-renewal; we will make reasonable efforts to remind you before your subscription lapses.
All patient, staff and business data you enter belongs to you. We do not sell or share your data with other clinics or third parties except as needed to operate the Service (e.g. payment processing via Razorpay) or as required by law. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for your own compliance with applicable healthcare and data protection regulations.
We take automated backups of hosted data. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are encouraged to periodically export your own records.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access to other clinics' data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Either party may stop using/providing the Service at the end of a subscription period. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [Your City] having exclusive jurisdiction.
