New clinics add a card and get a 7-day free demo. Your card is authorised (not charged) at signup, and the first charge of ₹4,999 happens automatically on day 7 unless you cancel before then. To cancel during the demo, email support@curadesk.healndeal.com or message us on WhatsApp with your clinic address — we confirm cancellation within one working day and no charge is made.
If you paid for a subscription and are unhappy with the Service within the first 30 days of that payment, email support@curadesk.healndeal.com with your clinic address and reason, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days, as the annual fee covers hosting and infrastructure costs committed for the year. You may still cancel renewal at any time — you simply won't be charged for the next year.
Refunds are issued via Razorpay back to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking). Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 working days after we initiate it.
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time by contacting us; this simply stops future billing and does not retroactively refund the current period unless within the 30-day window above.
