At signup: clinic name, your name, email, phone number, and the clinic address you choose.
Inside your CuraDesk workspace: patient records, staff records, invoices and consent data you choose to enter — this data belongs to you and is stored in your own hosted workspace, isolated from other clinics.
Payment: processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card details, which Razorpay handles directly under their own security standards.
To create and operate your CuraDesk workspace, process payments, send service communications (renewal reminders, support replies), and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or your clinic's patient data to third parties.
Only your clinic's own users (the logins you create) can access your patient and business records. Our team may access your workspace only to provide support you request or to diagnose a technical issue, and never to view or use patient data for any other purpose.
Data is hosted on servers located in India (or as otherwise disclosed), with password hashing, session security, and automated backups. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable backup retention period after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us. As the data controller for your patients' information, you (the clinic) are responsible for complying with applicable healthcare privacy obligations toward your own patients.
Our marketing website may use basic analytics to understand visitor traffic. The CuraDesk application itself uses only essential session cookies required for you to stay logged in.
